Nature PharmRx’s proprietary Protein blend in Dynamic Protein® is a unique mixture of protein types to appeal to all your needs. Combined with our signature proprietary blend of Pre and Probiotics that help you absorb all of the nutrients we are offering hence maximizing the nutritional benefits and rebalancing the delicate digestive acids in your system.

Protein plays an important role in terms of weight loss. Protein reduces the glycemic index (GI) of a meal, which keeps you satisfied for longer. A low-GI diet also protects against type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

The types of protein used in protein powders can be divided into two categories; animal source proteins and vegetable source proteins.

1. Animal source proteins include milk protein derivatives like whey and casein, goat's milk, and egg white protein.
2. Vegetable source proteins include soy, rice, pea and hemp proteins.

The most common concerns people raise after looking at protein powders and reading labels are allergies to protein components such as lactose, soy, casein or eggs. Another common concern relates to artificial ingredients, which some wish to avoid. Even if not present initially, drinking whey, casein, egg, and even soy protein powders daily for extended periods of time can also sometimes lead to the development of an allergy or intolerance.

Nature PharmRx understands those concerns and we choose to exclusively use Hemp, Brown Rice, Alfalfa, and Peas as our protein source.

Hemp seeds are one of nature's best sources for plant-based protein. Hemp is unique among vegetable protein sources in that it contains 18 key amino acids, including 9 essential amino acids our bodies cannot produce. Hemp protein is free of the trypsin inhibitors, which block protein absorption and free of the oligosaccharides found in soy.

The oil contained in the hemp seed is made up of essential fatty acids, fatty acids that our body cannot produce and must be supplied through our diet. The oil of the hemp seed has been dubbed "nature's most perfectly balanced oil" due to the fact that it contains the perfectly balanced 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 (linoleic/LA) to Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic/LNA) essential fatty acids, determined to be the optimum requirement for long-term healthy human nutrition.

Hemp seeds provide a good supply of antioxidants (vitamin E), phytosterols, phospholipids and a number of minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, along with modest amounts of iron and zinc.

The Brown Rice in our Dynamic Protein® blend has many benefits for health and fitness. Brown rice protein is a superb plant source of amino acids (the building blocks of protein) that provides a good protein alternative for people who are lactose intolerant. It’s furthermore hypoallergenic (i.e. it tends to cause fewer allergic reactions than many other protein sources) and it’s easily digested.

It provides a convenient source of protein nutrients for vegetarians and others who follow restricted diets. Since protein is an essential macro-nutrient often lacking in vegetarians, our blend fills this nutritional gap.

Like white rice, brown rice is a grain that contains natural starches and proteins, the difference being that brown rice still contains its bran or natural fiber content. Since brown rice protein is considered hypo-allergenic, it may also make an excellent choice for individuals with dairy, soy and/or gluten allergies.

Alfalfa, also known as "king of the herbs," was one of the first herbs known to man.

Alfalfa is native to Asia and was brought to North America around 1850. Today alfalfa is common all over the United States and Canada. The ancient Arabs called alfalfa the "father of all foods," and it continues to function as an important food today.

Traditionally, alfalfa was used in India to soothe arthritis pain and to prevent fluid retention. The pioneers also used this perennial to treat boils, cancer, scurvy, urinary and bowel problems and to bring on menstruation.

In addition, alfalfa has a high mineral content. Alfalfa roots go down as far as 40 to 60 feet to get minerals that other plants can't reach.

Alfalfa as been known to be helpful for the following conditions including maintaining or regaining health. It works as a tonic for the kidneys and liver and for the digestive, reproductive, glandular and musculoskeletal systems.

This herb is also reported to reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer. The alfalfa herb is believed to have a direct connection to lowering cholesterol, which is once again in direct connection with all of the positive vitamins and minerals it contains. The alfalfa herb is very good at detoxifying and better purifying the blood. As a result, regular consumption of alfalfa can lower blood pressure and balance hormones

This clover-like herb has traditionally been one of the best herbal treatments for arthritis, gout, and rheumatism. In fact, research suggests that at least one or two people in ten will respond very well to the use of alfalfa.

Alfalfa has been used and appreciated all over the world for centuries. A comprehensive list of its benefits would be very long, but common benefits attributed to alfalfa include:

  • Detoxes the urinary tract
  • Purifies the blood and liver
  • Has a strong alkaline effect on the body
  • Promotes bowel movement regularity and healthy hydration
  • Eases general digestive problems
  • Contains high levels of enzymes for food digestion and assimilation
  • Lowers bad cholesterol, and reduces incidence of atherosclerotic plaque
  • Supports healthy blood sugar levels, especially when taken with manganese
  • Supports the pituitary gland
Dynamic Protein® has also included Peas as a source of protein that does not have any allergenic ingredients. Pea Protein is high in BCAAs. Studies show a diet rich in branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) can help keep your body in a muscle building state throughout the day, decrease belly fat, keep your full longer between meals, energize your workouts, and much more.

The Pea content in Dynamic Protein® supplies a unique array of essential and non essential amino acids, the building blocks of bodily tissue and muscles. Being especially high in lysine and arginine, Pea Protein is especially beneficial for active lifestyles.

Studies show that drinking Pea Protein activates the release of hormones in your body that keep you feeling full between meals. This makes it great to drink as a meal replacement or when you are dieting to lose weight.

As aforementioned, Pea Protein has a high Lysine content. Lysine cannot be made in the body and must therefore be consumed through the diet. Lysine is the precursor of carnitine, the molecule responsible for converting fatty acids into energy and helping to lower cholesterol. Lysine also appears to help absorb calcium and plays an important role in the formation of collagen—the building block of connective tissue such as bones, cartilage, skin, tendons. It supports the normal growth and development of children and plays a role in the maintenance of a healthy immune system. Lysine deficiency is rare in typical American diets but can be a risk for strict vegetarians, vegans, or elite athletes. Insufficient lysine can lead to fatigue, nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite, agitation, bloodshot eyes, slow growth, anemia, and reproductive disorders.

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. We usually think of bacteria as something that causes diseases. But your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called "good" or "helpful" bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy. Research has shown that Probiotics can help some common conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), infectious diarrhea (caused by viruses, bacteria, or parasites) and antibiotic-related diarrhea. Probiotics also help with the bioavailability of all of the key ingredients in Dynamic Protein® by assisting your digestive system with the absorption of these nutrients.

There is also research to show they ease the symptoms of non-digestive related problems. Scientific studies have shown that they have helped with skin conditions, like eczema, urinary and vaginal health, oral health, and preventing allergies and colds.
